1 Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to the 588fd platform and all its services. By accessing the 588fd website, creating an account, or using any of our services, you are considered to have fully read, understood, and accepted these Terms.

588fd reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any amendment means you have accepted the updated Terms. For significant changes, a notice will be sent to your registered email.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

• You may hold only one account; multiple accounts per person are prohibited.

3 Deposit & Withdrawal Rules

4 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

The following terms apply to taking advantage of 588fd's welcome bonus and other promotional offers:

4.1 Welcome Bonus

• 120% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000.
• Example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,200 bonus — total balance ৳2,200.
• Example: deposit ৳10,000 and receive a maximum ৳5,000 bonus — total balance ৳15,000.
• This bonus applies only once per account.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

• To withdraw a bonus, you must wager 25 times the bonus amount.
• Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on deposit + bonus.
• Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 25 = ৳30,000 in wagering must be completed.
• Winnings from a bonus cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.
• Using a bonus on games other than those designated by 588fd may result in a different wagering calculation.

4.3 General Bonus Rules

• 588fd reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Attempting to claim a bonus using multiple accounts will be treated as fraud.
• Bonuses must be used for genuine play only — creating artificial betting patterns to exploit a bonus is prohibited.

5 Gaming Rules & Fair Play

All games on 588fd are operated in a fair and transparent environment. The platform follows SSL encryption and fair play principles.

• Game outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG).
• Using any software, bots, or automation to operate an account is strictly prohibited.
• If a technical error occurs during a game, 588fd reserves the right to void that round.

• Participation in collusion or match fixing will result in permanent account closure.

6 Sports Betting Rules

The following rules apply when betting on cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports:

• Once a bet is accepted, any subsequent change in market odds will not affect the odds already accepted for that bet.
• Bets accepted in live betting markets after an event has started will be settled according to the relevant event rules.
• If a match is stopped before its scheduled conclusion or is cancelled, bets will be refunded.
• Tournament bets (such as T20 World Cup or BPL winner) will be settled after the result is officially announced.
• If multiple events are added to a single bet slip, all outcomes must be correct; otherwise the bet is lost.

7 VIP Program & Cashback

588fd's VIP program has four tiers, and weekly cashback is provided at each tier:

• Bronze: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 0.9% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback.

You can advance to higher VIP tiers through regular play. VIP cashback is settled every Monday. 588fd reserves the right to change the terms and benefits of the VIP program.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

588fd may immediately suspend or close an account in any of the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Providing false or misleading information.
• Operating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Bonus abuse or conducting fraudulent activity.
• Suspicion of money laundering or illegal activity.
• The user requests account closure themselves.

Upon account closure, any valid balance will be returned provided no breach of these Terms has occurred. The balance may be temporarily held while an investigation is ongoing.

9 Privacy & Data Protection
